Promoting Health

In addition to guidance offered by your doctor in routine consultations, we offer specific appointments with the Practice Nurse. These are directed at various areas of concern – Smoking, High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease, Diabetes and Asthma.

The consulting rooms and public areas of the practice have been designed to allow disabled patients easy access to all facilities.

There is public metered parking on Eyre Crescent and Eyre Place.  Please DO NOT park in the practice or residential parking spaces.

Access to Patient Records

In accordance with current Data Protection legislation, patients are entitled to view their records and request copies.

Non-NHS Services

The GPs are regularly requested to provide services which are not available on the NHS. Patients should note that a fee will apply when such services are requested. Fees range from £10 to £120.  Items which attract a fee include private sick lines, private consultations and prescriptions, letters, certificates, medical reports and examinations.   Please ask at reception for advice on the fee charged for a specific service. Payment should be made by cash or cheque payable to Eyre Crescent Group Practice.
